Intro to Homeownership - HI 101
Everyone will need to attend this class to start the process of home ownership. This class covers the services The IMPACT! Group offers. In addition the following topics will be covered: setting goals, budgeting, credit, foreclosure prevention and down payment assistance.
Upon completion of this class, youll also have the opportunity to schedule a one-on-one appointment with a housing counselor.
Please note: Childcare is NOT available during this course.
