Now that you are ready to become a homeowner, the Realizing the American Dream Workshop is designed to help you become a savvy homebuyer. This workshop will consist of credit, budgeting, setting goals, foreclosure prevention. There will be local professionals (Lenders, RE agents, Home inspectors, Appraisers and Insurance representatives) who speak about the process surrounding the home buying process. You will be awarded a certificate of completion for this workshop Upon completion of this class, you’ll also have the opportunity to schedule a one-on-one appointment with a housing counselor.
